Our most sought after trip and for good reason. A day on the local banks can bring great opportunity for Yellowfin tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado, and even Bluefin Tuna. This trip is dedicated towards targeting whatever is biting best during that time frame.This typically includes searching for kelp patties or local tuna schools. All of our boats are equipped with Fraser Gyro Stabilized binoculars that assist our crew with putting you on fish.
Bluefin Special

A day dedicated to pursuing San Diego’s most sought after gamefish right now. Depending on the time of the year and conditions we target Bluefin tuna via the kite, high speed trolling, live-baiting, as well topwater casting lures. Have no doubt, the boat and crew will always be equipped and prepared for whatever mood the bluefin are in that day.

Reservations require a 50% deposit to book a trip. The remaining balance can be paid the day of trip. Any cancellation within 14 days will forfeit deposit.

Lucky B has a ZERO tolerance drug policy. Price does not include cost or coverage of loss of boat rods and reels. Fuel Surcharge may apply when fishing distances greater than 60 miles from San Diego.
Captain reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe or uncomfortable weather conditions at anytime prior or during the trip. A full refund would be given and opportunity to rebook would be accommodated.
